A space to come together

Permanent Laboratory of Relational Spirituality

A programme of meetings, questions and dialogue to nurture genuine relationships, live with our differences and discover what we can build together.

A continuing space

The Permanent Laboratory of Relational Spirituality grew from a wish to put people and relationships at the centre. Its name comes from the group's first meeting in Castell'Umberto on 12 and 13 September 2026. It is not simply a succession of talks but a shared journey where each person's experience can meet human, spiritual, scientific and community perspectives.

We do not begin with answers. We begin with a question, listen to each other and try to reflect together on what emerges. Sometimes we go home with more questions.

Our approach

Each meeting takes shape through open and respectful dialogue, where differences and unanswered questions are welcome.

01
Question

A genuine question about life.

02
Listening

Welcoming words and experiences without judgement.

03
Dialogue

Connecting different perspectives and experiences.

04
Reframing

Reflecting together on what we have understood.

Would you like to join us on this journey?

Perhaps you would like to learn more about the Laboratory, attend a meeting or see whether this experience speaks to you. Or perhaps you belong to a group, community or organisation and would like to build a programme of learning and dialogue together.

We begin by listening. Tell us what you are looking for, which questions accompany you or what idea you would like to share. We do not offer an identical journey to everyone: together, we try to recognise what may emerge from meeting one another.

I would like to meet you →Let's build a programme together →

You can also write directly to francescomazzarella@francescomazzarella.eu. Francesco will receive the initial enquiry and share proposals with Thalassia and Fr Mauro for joint consideration, while respecting everyone's privacy.

Past meetings

A living archive: not merely a record of past events, but a memory of the questions and journeys that continue.

The questions that remain

Every meeting can leave a question to carry into daily life. Over time we will gather reflections and insights that can be shared while respecting everyone's privacy.

The Laboratory has its own identity. FM Comunicazione hosts this page to document the programme and provide continuity.
