I design programmes in relational communication, training, facilitation and the techno-relational approach, starting from the real needs of individuals, groups, communities, schools, institutions and organisations. I do not begin with standard packages: I listen to the context, understand what is needed and support the process with practical, human-centred tools.
What is happening within your group? What message do you want to communicate? What kind of relationship do you want to build? What change do you want to support? Before choosing tools, formats or content, we need to understand the real need.
I begin with the people involved, the group’s history, its current challenges, its objectives and the questions that often remain unspoken.
I develop a sustainable, clear and practical proposal that respects the programme’s timeframe, language, sensitivities and purpose.
I do not simply deliver content. I support the process before, during and after, helping people feel that they are an active part of the journey.
Every programme can take a different form, but it still needs a method: observing what is happening, clarifying the need, involving people, acting with appropriate tools, reflecting on what emerges and turning the experience into useful learning. This is how a single meeting becomes a genuine process.
Understand the context, the people involved, their expectations, resistance and the real possibilities for change.
Give shape to the objectives, distinguish what is urgent from what is essential and build a direction that can be shared.
Encourage participation through language, group dynamics and tools that help people feel heard and share responsibility for the process.
Help the group reflect on what has emerged, turning insights, words and shared experiences into practical decisions.
A programme is not made of content alone. It is shaped by timing, listening, pacing, tools, images, words, transitions and people who need to be supported throughout the process.
That is why I integrate communication, facilitation, technical production and relational care: a meeting, assembly, workshop or hybrid event truly works when participants do not feel like spectators, but active and valued members of the process.
For me, technology should not take centre stage. It should make relationships flow more naturally, the message clearer and the experience more human and genuinely engaging.
Let’s design your programme togetherEvery proposal can be adapted for in-person, online or blended delivery. The heart of the work remains the same: creating the conditions for people to communicate, participate and build together with greater awareness.
Programmes designed to improve listening, dialogue, conflict management, participation and the quality of relationships within groups, communities and professional settings.
Read more →Training to help people navigate social media, messaging, online platforms, artificial intelligence, streaming and digital environments without losing their humanity.
Read more →Support in clarifying identity, language, tone of voice, content, online presence and the way you communicate your story authentically and credibly.
Explore the relational approach →Support in designing and managing meetings, assemblies, chapters, conferences, workshops, live broadcasts, hybrid events and reflective feedback sessions.
Explore event production →Programmes on empathy, communication, digital life, relationships, the conscious use of technology and educational partnership between adults, young people and communities.
Explore training and facilitation →Support for processes of listening, discernment, participation, shared responsibility, synodality and the development of more mature relationships.
Explore training and facilitation →We can design a short intervention, a workshop, a series of meetings or a longer period of support. The format depends on the objective, the people involved and the change you want to generate.
A learning or inspirational session designed to open up reflection, introduce a subject or support a specific transition.
A more participatory experience involving exercises, guiding questions, discussion, reflection and practical tools that can be used immediately.
A multi-stage programme for exploring, practising, evaluating and consolidating new relational and communication skills.
A journey designed together for organisations that need to plan, communicate, facilitate and transform complex processes.
It leaves behind greater awareness, clearer words, more carefully nurtured relationships, better-organised tools and a shared direction. It helps people see themselves not simply as recipients of an intervention, but as active participants in a process.
That is why every programme needs a before, a during and an after: preparation, facilitation, listening, reflection and the possibility of continuity.
My approach combines method and listening, vision and practical action, care for people and attention to the tools being used. I do not force a group in a predetermined direction: I create the conditions for it to express itself, recognise itself and move forward.
Technology is useful. But it truly serves its purpose only when it supports relationships, understanding and participation.
We can begin with a simple conversation: tell me about the context, the need, the people involved and what you would like to help grow. From there, we can build a realistic, practical and genuinely useful proposal together.
