Communicate better.
Truly connect.
Use digital technology without losing our humanity.

I help organisations, associations, schools and communities make their messages clearer, their processes more participatory and their digital tools more human.

I bring together relational communication, training, event direction and digital design. The starting point is always what people genuinely need.

Francesco Mazzarella - FM Comunicazione
La tecnica al servizio della relazione. Communication, training, journalism, events, podcasts and digital tools designed to protect what makes us human.
Where we can begin

Three areas of work, one integrated approach.

Choose the situation that best reflects your needs. You do not need to have a solution already: together, we can understand the context and identify a useful first step.

REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE

I do not start with services. I start with real situations.

Every situation has its own story, pace, challenges and possibilities. My role is to help you understand what is happening, bring clarity to the questions and build a pathway that is sustainable, human and genuinely practical.

Groups and communities

When a group talks a lot but struggles to listen

I support teams, communities and working groups in restoring meaningful dialogue, clarity in decision-making, trust throughout the process and a shared way of moving forward together.

  • meeting facilitation
  • understanding relational dynamics
  • a clear synthesis of the issues that emerge
  • planning practical next steps
Events and live production

When an event risks becoming too technical and losing the human touch

I help design online, hybrid and in-person events, taking care not only of production, Zoom, streaming and the running order, but also of pacing, participation, attention and engagement.

  • running order and timing
  • speaker coordination
  • Zoom, audio and streaming production
  • care for the participant experience
Communication and identity

When a valuable project struggles to tell its story

I work on copy, websites, web pages, articles, social media, podcasts and digital tools to help individuals and organisations express more clearly who they are and the change they want to create.

  • copywriting and content creation
  • narrative and communication identity
  • web pages and presentations
  • social media launches and communication materials

Whatever the situation, the starting point is always the same: understanding what is really needed, avoiding improvised solutions and building tools that support people rather than burden them.

Let’s talk about your situation
WHAT YOU GAIN

Greater clarity, practical tools and a method that remains useful over time.

My work is not limited to a meeting, a consultation or technical support. The aim is to help you move forward with greater clarity, better organisation, deeper awareness and practical tools you can continue to use over time.

Clarity about what is needed

I help you distinguish what is urgent from what truly matters, reading the context without stopping at the surface of the problem.

A shared direction

Together, we build a clear, sustainable and understandable direction, so that people, groups and projects can move forward with greater confidence.

Practical tools

These may include running orders, texts, summaries, training materials, web pages, digital tools, working formats, process maps or practical guidance.

Anonymous testimonials

When a process leaves something lasting.

Some projects are measured not only by the service delivered, but by what remains: a group that listens more deeply, an event that has room to breathe, communication that regains clarity and relationships that once again have space to grow.

Before the event, we had content, speakers, tight timings and many different elements to hold together. Francesco helped us create a clear thread, bring order to the running schedule and keep people at the centre. The technical side did not overshadow the purpose: it served it.

What changed: the event became clearer, better organised and more participatory.

In our group, certain words kept being repeated, some difficulties remained unspoken and dialogue had become tiring. The process helped us pause, listen to one another and distinguish the real issues from immediate reactions. We were not given ready-made answers, but a method for starting again.

What changed: We regained greater trust, deeper listening and a shared direction.
Member of a supported community Relational communication and group life

We had many ideas, but struggled to communicate them simply. Francesco helped us remove what was unnecessary, recognise the heart of the project and turn it into words that were clearer, more authentic and closer to the people we wanted to reach.

What changed: the project found a more distinctive and grounded voice.

The most valuable part was feeling supported without having things done for us. Francesco did not arrive with a ready-made solution, but with questions, careful listening and practical tools. By the end of the process, we had not become dependent on someone else; we had become better able to move forward on our own.

What changed: we were left with practical tools that continued to be useful after the process ended.

MY APPROACH

First, I listen. Then, I design. Only afterwards do I choose the tools.

Every project begins with a careful understanding of the context. Technology never comes before people: it is introduced only when it helps make a process clearer, a relationship more liveable and communication more effective.

01

I listen to the context

I gather needs, challenges, objectives, ways of communicating and real-life dynamics. Before proposing solutions, I seek to understand what is truly happening within the group, project or organisation asking for support.

02

I identify challenges and possibilities

I help distinguish what is urgent from what is important, what is technical from what is relational, and what needs to be simplified from what needs to be protected and allowed to develop.

03

I design a sustainable pathway

Together with you, I design a proportionate response: training, facilitation, writing, digital tools, event production, communication or ongoing support. Not everything is right for everyone: what matters is what genuinely serves that specific context.

04

I support the process and provide clear outcomes

I do not simply deliver a product. I support the process, help bring together what emerges, provide a clear synthesis and prepare tools that remain useful after the work is completed.

My aim is not to add complexity, but to help you bring clarity, meaning and quality back into your relationships, content and the tools you use.

Let’s begin with a real question

Do you have a project, a group or a communication process that needs to move forward again?

Tell me where you are starting from. Together, we can understand which pathway, tool or form of communication can genuinely help you.

You do not need to have everything clear already: we can begin with a question, a difficulty or simply an intuition.
