Tra pagine e legami
Books, life, spirituality and relationships to help us make sense of the present. Each episode starts with an author, a work, a story or a question and explores our experiences: relationships, vulnerability, digital life, society and our responsibility for our common home.
This is not a book-review podcast. It is a narrative space centred on relationships, where words invite us to pause, listen and look at reality more deeply.
Pages as companions along the way
Books are not distant from life. They can become mirrors, questions, open wounds, opportunities for understanding and places where we rediscover words we thought we had lost.
Tra pagine e legami was born from the desire to explore literary, spiritual and social works as travelling companions.
Every text helps us see what happens within and between people: the desire to be recognised, words that heal or hurt, the difficulty of listening, relationships that wear away and those that create a future.
Each series follows its own narrative thread, but the perspective remains the same: searching books for words that nurture awareness, responsibility and more liveable relationships.
A pause amid the noise
We are surrounded by messages, notifications, opinions, images and content consumed in a hurry. We often receive countless words, but have little space to notice what they stir within us.
Tra pagine e legami offers a different rhythm: an opportunity to pause, reflect and recognise what might otherwise pass unnoticed.
Pages become bridges. Books become questions. Words become places where we rediscover humanity, care and awareness.
An invitation to approach life with greater attention, to live our relationships responsibly and to resist letting the pace of the present consume our ability to feel.

To carry with you
Chi, nella mia vita, avrebbe bisogno oggi non soltanto di potermi raggiungere, ma di sentire che ci sono davvero?
To try today
Durante una conversazione con una persona importante, metti il telefono lontano per dieci minuti. Non preparare subito una risposta: ascolta anche le pause, osserva quando senti il bisogno di distrarti e prova semplicemente a restare.
The podcast raises a question. Here we explore it further.
Reflections inspired by the episodes: not transcripts, but a deeper exploration with questions, connections and experiences to bring into our relationships.
Martin Buber · I and Thou
Behind the profile, there is a Thou
What happens when the tools we use every day train us to see people as profiles, data, categories and behaviours?
This deeper exploration begins with Buber and brings his thought into our everyday digital lives and relationships.
LA FORZA DELLA VULNERABILITÀ
Brené Brown · THE STRENGTH OF VULNERABILITY
Where is the line between vulnerability and oversharing?
Does being authentic mean sharing everything? How can we tell when a relationship is safe enough for us to lower our guard?

Two journeys, one shared hope: to remain human
Each series has a distinct narrative thread, but continues to question how we inhabit relationships, language and the present.
Books that make us question our relationships
The first series explored books, authors, parables and figures that challenge how we live together.
From The Screwtape Letters to the Good Samaritan in the age of social media, from The Little Prince to nonviolent communication, and on to the writing of Orwell, Don Milani, Gibran, Pirandello, Fromm, Morin and Camus.
Twelve episodes exploring our vulnerabilities, our relationship with power, loneliness, freedom, education, the value of words and the possibility of remaining human amid ever faster and more complex relationships.
The series does not seek final answers. It opens up questions: who are we becoming as we communicate? How much room do we make for others?
Remaining human in our common home
Creation, relationships and the techno-relational approach in an age that consumes everything.
The second series broadens the perspective. Human relationships do not exist in isolation: they inhabit the earth, unfold in digital spaces, consume resources and help communities flourish or decline.
Remaining human in our common home brings literature, spirituality, integral ecology and the techno-relational approach into dialogue. It is not only about the environment, but how we treat everything entrusted to us: creation, time, people, words, digital tools and future generations.
In an age that rapidly consumes objects, content, places and relationships, this series seeks to rediscover care, responsibility and the capacity to recognise the world as a common home we share.
Not just listening, but allowing ourselves to be challenged
Each episode is a small journey: a page to begin with, a story to explore and a question to carry into everyday life.
Simple, thoughtful and accessible
The podcast does not claim to explain everything or hand out ready-made answers. It seeks to create a space for inner listening, where each person may recognise something about themselves, their relationships and the times they are living through.
You can listen while travelling, walking or taking a break, allowing the words to stay with you long after the episode ends.
A question worth sharing
Episodes can also spark a conversation, a training session, a family discussion or a group reflection.
The podcast therefore moves beyond individual listening: a page may start a conversation, open up understanding and help a relationship find its words again.
